＜Objective＞

Sales Force Effectiveness（SFE）グループは、営業組織が最も効果的かつ生産性高く活動できるよう、顧客ターゲティング・リソース最適化・インセンティブ設計を中心としたSFE戦略を計画・実行し、Sales forceが最大の価値を創出できる環境を構築する。

＜Role & Responsibility＞

• J&J IM Sales forceの SFE戦略の策定をリードし、その実行と進捗管理を統括する。
• SFEチームが担う3つの主要責任領域（①顧客ターゲティングとTerritory設計、②営業活動指標とリソース最適化、③Sales incentive ＆Award戦略運用）について、 高い品質とビジネスインパクトを伴う成果創出を推進する。
• チームメンバーの業務を管理・指導し、人材育成と能力開発をリードする。
• BU、APAC SFEチーム、CE内の関連チームなど、多様なステークホルダーと協働し、最適なSFEプログラムの設計・合意・実行を推進する。
• CEリーダーシップチームの一員として、組織能力強化、働き方の最適化、人材育成イニシアチブへ貢献する。

　必須条件

• SFE、営業企画、データ分析、マーケティング等における戦略立案・施策運用の経験
• ヘルスケア関連企業での3年以上の業務経験、またはそれに準ずる経験

• 戦略立案および戦略を実行に落とし込む能力
