As an Informatica PowerCenter Developer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, asking questions and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will develop and implement data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. You will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within our Data Modernisation sector, focusing on product innovation and cloud engineering. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving business growth and enabling clients to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing data pipelines and integration solutions to support efficient data processing and analysis
- Designing and building data infrastructure and systems to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Utilizing Informatica PowerCenter for data transformation and integration tasks
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to enhance data engineering capabilities
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex data challenges and optimize database performance
- Managing data quality and validation processes to validate accurate and reliable data outputs
- Guiding junior team members in data engineering practices and methodologies
- Navigating complex situations to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions
- Promoting AI-human collaboration and digital tooling to drive innovation in data engineering projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
