Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in Sales, Product Marketing, or a related customer-facing role.

• Proven ability to develop and manage business frameworks for identifying new opportunities and driving Design-In and Design-Win activities.

• Experience working closely with distributors to develop and manage Design-In opportunities and revenue growth across small and mid-sized customers.

• Experience working with Japanese industrial customers is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and business development skills, with the ability to conduct business effectively in English.

• Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with distributors, customers, and overseas product divisions.

• Experience managing business opportunities and Design-In activities in collaboration with distributors.

• Strong business analysis capabilities, including customer financial analysis, order and demand analysis, sales funnel management, and business forecasting.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, revenue and backlog management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Management

• Develop and execute new business growth plans in collaboration with distributors and product divisions.

• Establish and manage quarterly targets for new Design Wins.

• Manage quarterly resale/revenue performance and inventory levels.

• Identify new growth opportunities and establish appropriate strategies and execution plans with internal and external stakeholders.

•  Sales & Business Development
  Drive business growth with Factory Automation equipment manufacturers, green-energy applications, automotive electronics customers, and other industrial customers, working closely with distribution partners.
• Grow resale revenue across small and mid-sized customers through distributors.

• Understand and manage distributor Sales and FAE activities and identify corrective actions or improvements when necessary.

• Work closely with overseas product divisions and distributors to develop competitive strategies and execute them effectively.

• Drive customer engagement from opportunity identification through Design-In, Design-Win, and revenue generation.

• Coordinate technical and commercial resources to support strategic customer opportunities.
