Inbound Marketing Manager – B2B Demand Generation & LinkedIn Growth
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to build and scale a content-driven B2B demand generation engine, with a strong focus on LinkedIn growth, founder-led content, audience engagement, and organic pipeline generation.
This is not a cold outreach or traditional social media management role.
Your job is to turn:
Content → Engagement → Conversations → Qualified Pipeline
You’ll work closely with the founder, who owns sales calls and closing, while you generate attention, build relationships with the right B2B audience, nurture inbound interest, and create a predictable flow of qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate has personally used LinkedIn and organic content to generate B2B leads and understands that successful inbound marketing is measured by pipeline and revenue opportunities — not simply impressions, followers, or likes.

- Thought-leadership posts
- Founder-led content
- Carousels
- Educational content
- Strong hooks and opening lines

- Content interactions
into meaningful B2B conversations.
You’ll:
- Identify high-potential prospects engaging with content.

- Respond thoughtfully to comments and inbound messages.
- Participate in relevant LinkedIn conversations.
- Nurture prospects through value-driven interactions.
- Re-engage warm opportunities when appropriate.
- Build an audience that aligns with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile rather than chasing vanity follower growth.
Inbound Funnel Development

Content → Engagement → Conversation → Qualified Call
You’ll create and improve:
- Lead magnets
- Content offers
- Nurture sequences
- Conversion paths

Continuously identify where prospects drop off and improve conversion between stages.

- Develop recurring content themes and formats.
- Identify topics generating meaningful prospect conversations.

You should be comfortable transforming rough ideas, conversations, notes, or voice recordings into polished thought-leadership content.
Messaging & Copywriting

- Lead magnets
- Direct messages

- Maintain accurate lead stages and conversation notes.
- Ensure warm opportunities receive timely follow-up.
- Provide the founder with visibility into inbound pipeline activity.
