The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with data accurately, and a willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. • OBIEE Reporting • Reporting Domain • MS Office (Excel) • Email Writing Skills • Problem solving skills (Analytical skills or Collaborative thinking or Adaptable to change) • Verbal Communication : Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary,Fluency,Pronunciation • Customer Service Skills; • VBA or PowerQuery

Roles and Responsibilities: • Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from OBIEE • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular checks and validation. • Identify and escalate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members for timely resolution. • Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments. • Assist in root cause investigations for reporting issues and support documentation of corrective actions. • Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables as assigned. • Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance reporting skills and process understanding.
