About This Role:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and other HR technology solutions to support evolving business requirements particularly for Time Tracking, Scheduling and cross-functional support
- Manage complex HRIS projects, including system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and release activities.
- Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for assigned HR modules and business processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and design scalable technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic workforce and business decision-making.
- Drive data governance initiatives by performing audits, monitoring data quality, and implementing controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate system testing activities, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for new functionality and releases.
- Support system integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical challenges.
- Create and maintain process documentation, system procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources.
- Mentor and provide guidance to HRIS analysts and project team members while promoting HR technology best practices and continuous improvement.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex HR technology projects, implementations, and system enhancements.
- Experience supporting HR processes such as Time Tracking and Scheduling, Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, or related functions.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global or multi-business-unit environment.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS administration, configuration, and business process design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and identify root causes.
- Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using HR technology platforms.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
