THE ROLE
Join Everpure™ as a key operational anchor driving the performance, integrity, and scalability of our HR technology ecosystem. In this business-critical position based out of our Bengaluru office, you will own the end-to-end administration of core HR applications—with an initial primary focus on mastering and optimizing TeamOhana alongside our ATS, LMS, and key internal platforms. You will partner directly with cross-functional leaders across HRIS, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Finance to ensure seamless data accuracy, role-based security, and system reliability. By translating complex operational requirements into clean system governance, your work directly enables our global workforce to scale efficiently and securely.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
HR Application & Access Governance: Administer assigned HR software platforms (initially focused on TeamOhana), configuring user roles, permissions, reference data, and onboarding/offboarding workflows to guarantee 100% data integrity and compliance.
-
Workforce Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct routine data quality reconciliations, system health checks, and security audits across HR systems to eliminate data discrepancies and streamline upstream/downstream integrations.
-
Cross-Functional System Support: Triage, diagnose, and resolve daily administration and data issues submitted by stakeholders, escalating technical anomalies to HR Tech process owners while maintaining high service-level standards.
-
Process Enablement & Documentation: Partner with global Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Finance teams to author clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), system guides, and training documentation that accelerate platform adoption across the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
Proven expertise in administering enterprise HR applications, workforce planning software (such as TeamOhana), ATS, LMS, or HRIS platforms like Workday.
-
Deep functional understanding of core HR operations, employee lifecycle workflows, organizational structures, and role-based security standards.
-
Strong technical troubleshooting and data validation skills, with a track record of identifying root causes across application settings, workflow configurations, and system data flows.
-
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into operational administration.
-
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality, data privacy compliance, and precise documentation standards in a fast-paced environment.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
