THE ROLE
Everpure's global contract manufacturing network needs a single owner for capacity governance and supply chain network resilience — someone who replaces fragmented, reactive decision-making with one coherent framework spanning all lines of business. This role sits at the center of that shift: building the governance structures, risk frameworks, and executive reporting that let the network absorb shocks — geopolitical, infrastructure, business continuity — without derailing growth targets. You'll work closely with the Network Design Council, site managers, CM partners, and cross-functional teams like Mfg Product & Test Engineering, R&D Engineering, and Indirect Sourcing, with real influence over how capacity and risk decisions get made across the network.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and govern the Global Capacity Planning Framework, building the RACI that gives the Supply Chain Network Council one source of truth across all lines of business
- Serve as the central escalation point for capacity issues network-wide, running a Monthly Global Capacity Review and standardized dashboards that keep site managers and CM partners aligned
- Define and govern Time to Recover (TTR) and Time to Survive/Time to Fail (TTF) resilience KPIs across all global production sites and products, translating gaps into prioritized mitigation plans for the highest-risk sites
- Drive the Capacity Analysis Tool and executive Tableau dashboard roadmap, and own the capital budget that funds capacity and resilience investments against growth targets
- Partner with Indirect Sourcing and Engineering to optimize test process & time, landed cost through data research, common infrastructure parts and improved CM pricing and forecasting
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt certification or above preferred.
- An industrial process engineering mindset — comfortable applying process analysis, simulation, optimization/heuristics, or forecasting to translate operational data (cost, service, capability, emissions) into network design decisions.
- Proven ability to lead complex, technically-oriented transformation projects, utilizing methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum to manage scope, schedules, and deliverables in a dynamic environment, paired with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to translate technical/data concepts for non-technical stakeholders and build consensus across supply chain, IT, and engineering teams.
- Deep fluency in global contract manufacturing capacity planning, built through experience designing governance frameworks, RACIs, and executive review cadences that hold up across a complex, matrixed network
- Strong analytical capability — comfortable building capacity models and KPI dashboards in tools like Tableau, and partnering with BI/analytics teams on executive-facing reporting
- Experience building supply chain risk and resilience programs, including business continuity planning, scenario analysis, and recovery metrics such as Time to Recover and Time to Survive/Fail
- Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional, matrixed teams without direct authority — able to influence site managers, CM partners, and senior stakeholders toward a shared framework
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
