What would you do? • The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing end to end payroll for clients as a subject matter expert, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Educational Qualification • Graduate in any discipline. • Shift Timings • Must be flexible with respect to shift timings. • Good understanding of payroll controls and checks to ensure payroll accuracy, including payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, zero or negative net pay reports, duplicate payment reports, and input versus output validations. • Knowledge of ERP applications such as SAP, Workday, and PeopleSoft is an added advantage. • Payroll certification is an added advantage.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Payroll Process Design • Experience • Relevant years of in depth payroll experience and knowledge in the airline and aviation sector. • Knowledge of payroll and HR systems including ADP, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Kronos. • Strong practical experience managing end to end APAC payroll processing including PAYG withholding, superannuation including SuperStream compliance, leave accruals, and termination payments.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Understand and perform the full range of payroll processes including payroll inputs, payroll controls and checks, payroll reports, payroll inquiries, year end activities, and adhoc payroll activities. • Perform root cause analysis on issues and suggest appropriate corrective actions for current remediation and future controls. • Propose process improvement ideas that reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls. • Participate in knowledge transfer activities for processes and clients and acquire in depth process knowledge as a subject matter expert. • Provide training as a subject matter expert to new resources or during process changes within the team. • Participate in internal and client initiatives related to process improvement. • Maintain a clear understanding of process performance metrics, how they are measured, and improve measurement systems to enhance effectiveness and transparency. • Plan proper allocation of work. • Support Team Lead and Manager with daily statistics, reporting, and management operating system activities. • Provide team members with clear direction and understanding of responsibilities. • Be available throughout the day to resolve process related issues. • Participate in team building activities. • Complete training needs analysis for the team through quality reports and knowledge assessments. • Create effective quality control and audit mechanisms within the process to ensure SLA compliance. • Assist in training and educating HR Operations personnel on process knowledge and acquired skills. • Assist clients with administrative activities including document management, onboarding, employee movements, and benefits administration. • Support clients with administrative activities related to performance management. • Ensure customer satisfaction. • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Good organizational and prioritization
