Description -

职位描述：

1、协助进行多媒体内容的创意策划，包括视频、图文、直播等多种形式。

2、参与短视频、长视频的拍摄与剪辑，协助完善脚本与分镜。

3、协助直播活动的筹备与执行，包括选题策划、素材准备、现场支持与氛围互动。

4、跟进韩国多平台（YouTube，Instagram等）的内容发布与基本运营。

5、收集热点信息与用户反馈，协助团队进行创意优化与选题调整。

6、学习并理解HP产品与相关技术，能够将其转化为易于传播的内容形式。

职位要求：

1、2027应届毕业生，专业不限。

2、韩语精通（母语水平），语音语调标准，敬语使用熟练。

3、熟练掌握办公软件以及网络操作环境。

4、在校大学生或应届毕业生，传媒、广告、新闻、影视等相关专业优先。

5、对多媒体内容创作、直播业务有浓厚兴趣，具备一定的内容敏感度。

6、思维活跃，具备良好的文字表达能力与内容策划能力。

7、熟悉任意一种视频剪辑或设计软件（如剪映、Premiere、PS、AE、Canva等）优先。

8、学习能力强，执行力好，具备团队合作精神。

9、有镜头表现力或新媒体运营经验更佳。
