Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Housekeeping Attendant (Room)

The Housekeeping Attendant (Room) is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. The role ensures guest rooms are well prepared and maintained throughout the guest stay while providing discreet, attentive, and personalized service.

What You Will Do:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms according to established hotel standards.

• Make beds, change linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities and supplies.

• Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, well-presented, and properly maintained.

• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and other cleaning duties as required.

• Conduct thorough bathroom cleaning and ensure all fixtures and amenities are in excellent condition.

• Check room condition and promptly report maintenance issues, defects, or lost and found items.

• Replenish minibar, amenities, and guest supplies according to established procedures.

• Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care and discretion.

• Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests and special requirements.

• Maintain proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment, chemicals, linens, and supplies.

• Follow housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

• Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and other housekeeping duties as required.

• Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and conduct while on duty.

• Work closely with supervisors and other housekeeping colleagues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What You Bring:

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage; training will be provided.

• Knowledge of guest room cleaning procedures and hygiene standards is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Guest-focused with a discreet, courteous, and professional approach.

• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
