What You Will Do

• Welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments.

• Ensure restaurant, tables, and menus are clean, properly set, and guest-ready before each shift.

• Maintain station charts, cover counts, and assist with guest preferences using the reservation system.

• Provide menu knowledge, handle inquiries, and address guest concerns with professionalism.

• Assist with food & beverage service when required and support colleagues in daily operations.

• Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety procedures, and work harmoniously with the team.

What You Bring

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent telephone manner and guest service focus.
