Our Housekeeping team plays an important part in creating a welcoming, comfortable and memorable stay for every guest. From beautifully presented rooms to friendly, attentive service, your work helps set the standard from the moment our guests arrive.

Whether you already have housekeeping experience or bring experience from cleaning, hospitality or customer service, this is an opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive team where your contribution is valued.

To be considered, you'll need to be available for a minimum of four days per week, within one of the following shift windows:

Housekeeping Room Attendant

• Shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm

Housekeeping Service Attendant

• Shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 10:00pm

About the Role

Depending on your role, you'll:

• Clean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors and service areas, creating spaces our guests can enjoy and feel comfortable in
• Provide warm, friendly and attentive service whenever interacting with guests
• Keep your assigned areas clean, organised and beautifully presented
• Complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues and manage lost property in line with procedures
• Work closely with your Housekeeping colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and ensure daily tasks are completed on time

About You

We're looking for people who take pride in what they do and enjoy being part of a team. You'll ideally have:

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality or customer service, with hotel experience highly regarded
• Great attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of presentation
• A reliable, positive and team-focused approach
• Good communication skills and a genuine desire to provide great service
• The ability to manage your time and stay organised in a busy, fast-paced environment
• The confidence to work independently while also supporting your teammates

Additional Information

Housekeeping is an active, hands-on role, so you'll need to be comfortable completing the manual handling tasks associated with the position.

Successful candidates will also be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
