Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to support and drive Health & Benefits growth in Romania. This role will be responsible for strengthening pipeline discipline, improving sales governance, and supporting commercial execution across the country. The successful candidate will work closely with country leadership, sales colleagues, and functional partners to improve pipeline visibility, enhance sales effectiveness, and help deliver business growth.

This is a senior commercial role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate complex sales initiatives across multiple teams and priorities.

 

We will count on you to:

• Set expectations for pipeline quality, coverage, and sales focus across the Romania business.
• Make commercial decisions based on pipeline outlook, market conditions, and growth priorities.
• Own and support Marsh Health & Benefits sales target delivery in Romania.
• Drive execution discipline to improve sales governance, sales performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with enablement, advisory, digital, and analytics teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Support adoption of common tools, methodologies, CRM discipline, and reporting standards.
• Act as a sales leader for Romania, engaging country leaders, champions, and functional partners.
• Communicate progress, challenges, priorities, and commercial needs to regional and senior leadership.
• Oversee complex multi-country sales initiatives and projects, ensuring coordinated execution against objectives.
• Support development of existing accounts and expansion of business across the Romania market.

 

What you need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial, sales, or business development experience.
• Strong experience in sales leadership, pipeline management, and commercial governance.
• Ability to make sound commercial decisions based on market outlook and business priorities.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to improve sales discipline, forecasting, and reporting quality.
• Experience supporting or growing large corporate accounts, ideally 250+ employees.
