About the role
As our Head of Corporate & Sustainability Communications, you'll lead communications that build, protect and strengthen the LEGO Group's corporate reputation globally. You'll bring setting a global communications strategy, corporate storytelling, media relations, issues management, executive communications, sustainability and social impact into one integrated agenda. It's a rare opportunity to guide one of the world’s most reputable brands through complex topics and turn major priorities into relevant, trusted communication.
This role is at Senior Director level and includes people leadership responsibility.
Required Qualifications
· Led senior corporate communications, corporate affairs or reputation teams and work within a complex, high-profile organisation.
· Built and executed global media strategies covering proactive storytelling, reactive handling, messaging and spokesperson preparation.
· Directed high-profile issues and crisis communications amid significant media scrutiny and complex stakeholder expectations.
· Integrated sustainability, ESG or social impact communications into a broader corporate reputation and business agenda.
· Advised C-suite or senior executives on reputation-critical topics and major business priorities.
· Developed and led communications teams through organisational change, with clear priorities and effective ways of working.
Preferred Qualifications
· Applied communications measurement, insight and analytics to assess impact and improve stakeholder engagement.
· Delivered executive communications that helped senior leaders communicate complex business priorities clearly.

Life on the team
You'll lead the Corporate & Sustainability Communications team, which sits within the broader Corporate Brand Communications organisation. The team builds, protects and strengthens the LEGO Group's reputation globally. You'll work in a collaborative environment that values calm, decisive leadership and clear communication. You'll connect complex priorities into coherent stories, stay close to delivery when needed, and help the team navigate change, scrutiny and ambiguity with care.
What success looks like
Success means anticipating reputation risk, giving trusted and commercially grounded counsel under pressure, and embedding sustainability meaningfully in the corporate story. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen strategy, crisis readiness, media engagement, team capabilities and measurement. You'll work closely with senior executives, communications colleagues, sustainability and social responsibility partners, and teams across the organisation.
