As a Senior Associate in HCM - Learning Management, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer to generate insightful reports and analytics
- Managing project budgeting and workforce planning to align with strategic objectives
- Facilitating change management initiatives to improve business process efficiency
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their needs
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Navigating complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud for workforce transformation projects
- Developing insights through data interpretation and business analysis
