The Guestroom Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms while upholding Four Seasons luxury standards. This role is part of the Housekeeping Department and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
What You Will Do
Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to exacting standards
Complete assigned number of rooms per shift efficiently and consistently
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens
Inspect rooms to ensure quality, safety, and presentation standards are met
Handle guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality
Respond promptly to guest requests and accommodate special needs when possible
Maintain organization of housekeeping carts and supplies
