The Creative Design Executive is a highly creative and experienced design professional responsible for developing premium brand, pitch, print, digital, and multimedia collateral that supports the EMEA business. Working closely with the Senior Creative Design Executive, Team Leader, and wider Brand and Pitch team, the role focuses on translating complex ideas into compelling visual communications, bespoke pitch materials, and multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with and elevate the company’s brand identity. The successful candidate will create high-quality presentations, proposals, and campaign assets from concept through completion, collaborate with bid and marketing stakeholders across the EMEA region, and support fast-paced projects with tight deadlines. This role requires fluency in French and English, strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, AI visualization tools, layout and typography, multimedia design, and print production, along with 6-8 years of experience in brand and pitch design, exceptional attention to detail, creativity, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

 

 

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Design Executive to join our central Brand and Pitch design team to work on high-end collateral for the EMEA business. We are looking for a highly experienced, fresh and innovate creative thinker who can translate ideas into vibrant collateral and for developing compelling multi-media, multi-channel campaigns and pitch proposals, whilst creating materials which leverage our brand story and reflect our clients’ journey.

They will be working closely alongside other designers assisting in the creation of design and artwork for a variety of brand, print and digital design projects across both internal and external communications. We are looking for flexible design support to teams across the EMEA region, working directly with the Senior Creative Design Executive and their Team Leader, who reports into Head of Brand and Head of Pitch EMEA.

About You:

• Creates high-end collateral for brand campaigns and events, taking direction from the Senior members of the team
• Adheres to the brand, however, shows the ability to elevate the design further by using elements based on appropriate project/campaign requirements
• Creates bespoke conceptual design for pitches and provides flexible design support, taking advice and direction on pitch documents and presentations from Senior members of the team

• Expertise in design and layout for pitch documents and presentations, whilst being involved in the brainstorming and creative development of bid ‘themes’
• Must be able to complete projects from start to finish
• Eager to support other designers within the team on tight deadlines
• Comfortable to liaise with Bid Managers and Marketing Managers within the EMEA business
• Working hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM in order to align with EMEA working hours

• Fluent in French and English
• Strong knowledge and skillset in AI visualisation tools
• Creative and able to push design within the brand
• Creative and fresh with ideas for bespoke pitches
• Good design in layout and typography
• Good personal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and well organised
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Has drive, eagerness to learn and tenacity
• Enthusiastic and inspiring
• Thrives in high energy environments
• Experience working across EMEA
• Strong Adobe CC, MS office skills and IT literacy

• Knowledge of CEROS, Infogram, Biteable would be an advantage
• Knowledge of multi-media design such as video editing, motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of the print production process and able to prepare print-ready artwork
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent
• A knowledge of the commercial property businesses is a plus
