About the role:
OLIVER is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team!
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong PowerPoint skills where your design skills are optimized with the tools of the PowerPoint Software. This would include animation, effects, and templates.
If you are someone who enjoys working as part of a fast-moving creative team coupled with experience working on print, digital, and video projects from idea to completion, then this might be the role for you!
The role will support one of India’s leading beauty and cosmetics brands, working across its diverse product portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Work with internal team to develop concepts and execute work for new assignments
- Support the team in the delivery of final artwork files for print and/ or digital
- Work with internal teams, account and creative to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
- To work with clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately, to proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output
- Mentor juniors to facilitate their development, including but not limited to their creative and technical skill, to increase productivity and enhanced staff morale
What you need to be great in this role:
- 3-5 years of experience working as a designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group or design firm
- Experience with workflow/project management tools – Workfront
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, ability to take concepts through to completion -- printed piece or digital publication
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements; ability to actively listen
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
- Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure, and relationship builder
