Job Description

Purpose:

The Graduate Program Coordinator III oversees program initiatives, ensuring high-quality support for students, and manages the processing of admissions, recruitment, and student success activities. Mentors and trains graduate program staff and evaluates and improves program practices based on feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the processing of graduate student admission and/or recruitment activities.

  • Oversees the coordination of the production of events or activities for graduate students.

  • Manages student success activities.

  • Provides academic advising to graduate students.

  • Collaborates with faculty and staff to enhance program operations and student services.

  • Creates and analyzes reports on student progress and program outcomes.

  • Evaluates and improves program practices based on feedback and outcomes.

  • Mentors and trains graduate program staff.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three years of related experience.

Work Location:

  • Main Campus – College Station, TX.

Employment Eligibility Verification
