CL 6- Job Description

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

10-18 years of professional experience with rich experience of working in healthcare consulting domain
Experience with Big4 or top strategy and consulting firm
MBA from Tier-1 or premier B-Schools
Prior experience of working with US healthcare or must have worked across engagements with US healthcare payer clients
Experience of working on consulting engagements dealing with (any 3-5 themes): functional assessment (as-is to-be), op model transformation, cost reduction, performance improvement, data, AI and platform strategy/transformation engagements, process improvement, customer/member journey, vendor and market assessment, GTM Strategy
End-to-end understanding of health functional value chain (any 3-5 areas): Claims, Member Enrollment, Billing, Prior Auth, Provider & network management, Medicare/Medicaid, PBM, Pharmacy,  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support small to medium-size teams to deliver management consulting projects for global healthcare clients
Contribute as a part of sales pursuit teams, develop proposals and support efforts of the global sales team to win potential opportunities within the practice
Help with health practice growth and track operational metrics
Develop assets and methodologies, point of-view, research or white papers, internal tools or materials for use by larger health community
Coach and mentor consultants/analysts to develop consulting and client delivery skills
Apply healthcare knowledge to structure high impact solutions for clients
Develop strong client and leadership relationships to deliver impact across the entire consulting lifecycle
