As a values-driven organisation, integrity, collaboration, agility, and inclusion are at the heart of how we work and interact with each other, customers, patients and suppliers.

We are currently seeking a Global Logistics Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. You will support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients by ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading and coordinating global logistics activities for assigned clinical studies, ensuring timely execution from study start‑up through close‑out in line with contractual and protocol requirements.
  • Acting as the primary logistics contact for Sponsors/Clients, internal study teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of logistics‑related questions and issues.
  • Planning and implementing study‑specific logistics processes, including documenting logistics assumptions, workflows, and country‑level requirements within the Logistics Project Plan.
  • Proactively managing logistics risks and issues, tracking potential impacts to timelines or supply continuity, and driving mitigation and escalation as needed.
  • Coordinating vendors, depots, and clinical trial supplies, including oversight of third‑party logistics providers, depot setup and close‑out, and the distribution of IMP and related materials.
  • Overseeing logistics budgets and operational controls, including vendor contracts, invoicing, local procurement, and scope changes to ensure cost control and compliance.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, supporting clinical trials and pharmaceutical operations in a global, multi‑site environment.
  • Proven experience managing study‑specific logistics activities within complex, regulated operational contexts.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, Sponsors/Clients, and external vendors. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Strong experience with logistics, inventory, or supply chain management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
