  • Overseeing logistics budgets and operational controls, including vendor contracts, invoicing, local procurement, and scope changes to ensure cost control and compliance.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, supporting clinical trials and pharmaceutical operations in a global, multi‑site environment.
  • Proven experience managing study‑specific logistics activities within complex, regulated operational contexts.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, Sponsors/Clients, and external vendors. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Strong experience with logistics, inventory, or supply chain management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
