The Communications & Energy Company oversees businesses such as Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Energy. Our HR team provides comprehensive support not only to our own division but also to various other businesses and services, including Rakuten’s core operations.

Position Details

In this role, you will be responsible for general affairs and governance operations overall. This includes running the Board of Directors and General Shareholders' Meetings required of the company, preparing to ensure compliance with Group rules (such as revising the Table of Authority), and communicating and rolling these out across the organization.

The specific duties are listed below; your assignments will be determined based on your aptitude.

Specific Duties

- Operation of Board of Directors meetings and General Shareholders' Meetings

- Preparation and operation of morning meetings, closing meetings, and quarterly strategy-sharing sessions

- Development and auditing of procurement operations, from supplier selection through payment

- Facility-related work

- Compiling reports on business entertainment and gifts, as well as incident reports

- Licensing and permit procedures

- Development of manuals and operating procedures for the above duties

Mandatory Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of professional work experience

- Native-level Japanese language skills (required for handling administrative procedures with government authorities)

* Early-career candidates (second-time new graduates) are welcome.

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience using Kintone

- Business-level English proficiency
