POSITION SUMMARY:

The Gaming Audit Supervisor, Shared Services is responsible for ensuring that daily gaming audit are conducted in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedure, internal and external reporting deadline are met, and audit related issues are resolved in coordination with Gaming Operation and other relevant Departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Supervise the Gaming Audit team in conducting daily audits of table games, slot machines, casino marketing promotions, and cage transactions.

2.Review internal and external reports before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness, compliance with department SOP and regulatory requirements. Ensure timely submission of reports.

3.Ensure that casino marketing promotions are authorized and reviewed by Gaming Auditors

4.Monitor and review gaming audit exceptions, variances and unusual transactions, ensuring that all are adequately explained or resolved.

5.Ensure Gaming Auditors follow up and close all outstanding or open audit exceptions.

6.Ensure that signed audit checklist and related supporting documents are complete and properly filed.

7.Train and coach Gaming Auditors to improve their technical knowledge and ensure consistent application of approved audit procedures.

8.Participate in system implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

9.Assist the Senior Manager, Casino Control and Compliance, in supervising the Gaming Audit team.

10.Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

I.Experience

1.Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in gaming audit, revenue audit or casino finance.

2.Work experience in Integrated Resort is an advantage.

II.Education

1.Graduate of bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

2.Certified Public Accountant is an advantage

III.Skills / Competencies

1.Strong knowledge of gaming operations and audit procedures

2.Strong leadership and communication skills

3.Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and other relevant financial or gaming systems.

4.High attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.
