Description

This is an exciting opportunity for Fund Administrator role in Tokyo SPC Team.

Job specification

• SPC Operation and Management. Operate and manage SPC in cooperation with various departments such as finance, accounting, tax, legal, banking, and AM companies.
• Assistance SPC incorporation, assets acquisition (closing), disposition and dissolution.
• Management of various notifications and proper filing within deadline.
• Prepare Distribution calculations and liaise with related party.
• Training junior staffs including seminar and coach during daily operation.
• Assist Managers in Team management.
• Propose improvement area during operation.

Skills Required:

• 1-3  years’ experience in related industry including accounting & tax office, auditor, asset manager, SPC operation, fund administration etc in Japan;
• Qualified accountant(USCPA, ACCA,  JCPA etc), Certificated Tax Accountant is preferred;
• Self-driven, detail oriented, be of high responsibility and good communication skill;
