Job Role: Full Stack Developer
Compensation range: $1,200 AUD - $1,600 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: A sustainable building company based on the Central Coast, NSW focused on transforming the construction industry through environmentally responsible practices. It designs and builds homes that prioritise health, energy efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Role Overview: Our Australian client needs a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain the tools that run their day-to-day operations think job tracking, quoting, scheduling, and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain web apps for internal use and clients
- Work on both front-end and back-end features
- Connect systems via APIs
- Manage and optimize databases
- Fix bugs and improve existing code
- Work closely with the Australian team on requirements
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Solid front-end skills (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Solid back-end skills (Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET)
- Comfortable with SQL databases
- Familiar with Git
- Able to work independently across time zones
Nice to have:
- Experience with construction or trades software (e.g., Procore, SimPRO, Buildertrend)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
