The Opportunity

At Netwealth, we're building the foundations that will shape the future of wealth technology. As we continue to invest in modern engineering practices, platform capability and AI-enabled ways of working, we're creating technology that is fast, reliable, secure and built to scale. Our focus is simple: get the foundations right so great ideas can move from concept to customer faster than ever before.

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join one of our product tribes and help build experiences relied on by thousands of advisers and investors across Australia. Working across both backend and frontend technologies, you'll develop modern solutions using C# .NET, Azure and Angular, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Quality Engineers and other Developers to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, asks thoughtful questions and is motivated by continuous improvement. You'll work alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about their craft, in an environment that encourages knowledge sharing, experimentation and growth.

You'll be trusted to contribute ideas, solve problems and take ownership of your work, while being supported by a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed. Whether you're refining your technical skills, exploring new technologies or broadening your understanding of product development, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career while working on technology that makes a real impact.

About You

You're an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and finding simple, effective solutions. You care about building quality software, working collaboratively and continually improving both your skills and the products you help create.

You'll bring:

• Expertise building server and client-side applications using C# .NET within complex enterprise environments.

• A desire to learn, adapt and embrace new ideas and technologies

• Knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL databases

• Experience working with Azure and cloud-based technologies

• Exposure to Angular and/or React development

  Most importantly, you're someone who is naturally curious, enjoys working with smart and supportive people, and is excited by the opportunity to build meaningful products while developing your career in a modern, high-performing engineering environment.
