About the role:

We are seeking a results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in digital marketing, operations, and creative roles for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Attraction:

• Reach out to 50 passive candidates every day.

Screening & Interviewing:

• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Management:

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices and provide market insights.
• Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers, ensuring 100% compliance with QA standards.
• Track and report KPIs

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for US companies. 
• Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Interviewing: Expertise in structured behavioral interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
• Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear, professional communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and report KPIs

• Location: 100% Remote (Candidate must be located in LATAM)
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time

Compensation: What You Can Actually Earn

Most recruiting jobs hide the real numbers. We spell them out.

Base salary: $1,500 per month, guaranteed for your first 90 days.

Commission: You earn 10% of our placement fee on every hire you close. Our fee is $3,500, so you take home $350 per placement.

Monthly target bonus: Hit 4 placements in a month and earn an extra $250 on top of your commissions.

Quarterly bonus: Make 13 placements in a quarter and earn a $3,000 bonus.

What a typical month looks like (4 placements, our team goal):

Base salary --> $1,500

Commissions (4 x $350) --> $1,400

Monthly target bonus --> $250

Total --> $3,150

What a top-performing quarter looks like (13 placements):

Base salary (3 months) --> $4,500

Commissions (13 x $350) --> $4,550

Monthly target bonuses (3 x $250) --> $750

Quarterly bonus --> $3,000

Total --> $12,800

That is about $4,270 per month, or roughly $51,200 per year, for recruiters who consistently hit their numbers. Every placement beyond the target adds another $350 with no cap.
