We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Perth.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, leading a passionate team and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival through to departure.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and support Front Desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve exceptional service standards
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor room allocations, arrivals and departures to optimise operational efficiency
• Support labour management, rostering and productivity initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Crown's service standards, policies and procedures

About you

You are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a hotel or hospitality environment
• A passion for customer service and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience using Opera or a similar Property Management System will be highly regarded
