Front- Line Associate (Part Time) – Tokyo, Japan

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming customers in our Western Union Takadanobaba Hub (our own shop), providing them with guidance & help in processing their transactions. Another aspect of your role is to ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers’ inquiries in a timely manner.

Role Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for maintaining customer services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions.
• Customer service experience in Money Transfer operations. Problem-solving skills with experience in cash management.

Role Requirements:

• Fluency in Japanese and English is required; other foreign language skill is a plus.
• Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, make quick decisions, and manage tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate in Myanmarese is desirable.
