Responsabilidades:​​

• Entrenará y monitoreará el cumplimiento de los standards del personal del sector (calidad, servicio y eficiencia).
• Será responsable por el cumplimento de procedimientos internos del departamento.
• Se comprometerá a que todos los requerimientos del huésped se lleven a cabo en tiempo y forma, cumpliendo y superando sus expectativas.
• Será responsable por el seguimiento de glitches, llegando a la más conveniente resolución de cada uno ellos.
• Será capaz de trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los Senior Managers de todas las áreas.
• Se asegurará que se sigan todos los procedimientos financieros y crediticios.
• Será responsable por motivar a su equipo en el programa de Upsells para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas del sector.

Requisitos:​​

• Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria. 
• Experiencia previa mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares. 
• Bilingüe en idioma inglés.  
• Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos.

Es imprescindible contar con la documentación necesaria para trabajar en el país.
