The Cook 5 prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Kitchen Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
What You Will Do
Prepare and cook menu items to Four Seasons standards, following approved recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines while maintaining a well-organized workstation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Assist with food preparation and production, ensuring items are prepared in advance based on business demands while minimizing waste and maintaining quality standards.
Operate, maintain, and clean a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
What You Will Bring
• 1–2 years kitchen experience.
• Working understanding of fundamental cooking methods.
• Developing multitasking ability and willingness to take direction.
• Understanding of safe food‑handling procedures.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance
