Provide support and clerical expertise to Food and Beverage and respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. This role is part of Food and Beverage department, reporting into Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. 

为餐饮部提供行政支持和文秘专业协助，并以高效、礼貌、专业的方式回应客人和员工的咨询，在遵守四季酒店所有政策的前提下，最大限度地提升满意度。该职位隶属于餐饮部，向餐饮副总监汇报。 

What you will do: 

岗位职责：  

• Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for Director of Food and Beverage and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards 

• 执行各类行政事务，包括打字、文件归档、复印、传真、信件收发与分拣，以及为餐饮总监协调预约，并按照四季酒店的标准接听电话。 

• Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, and memorandums; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes. 

• 负责起草信函、报告、备忘录等各类文书；接收、查阅并分类 incoming 邮件，必要时收集相关信息以协助回复；记录并整理部门及跨部门会议纪要。 

• Assist in completing special projects, which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies. 

• 协助完成各类专项任务，可能包括邮件邮寄、竞争对手调研、菜单制作或其他交办事宜；负责办公用品的库存管理与采购申请。 

What you bring: 

岗位要求： 

• Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required 

• 至少具备一年行政工作经验，有酒店或餐饮相关领域经验者优先，或具备其他同等经验。 

• Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software 

• 需要了解或能够操作计算机设备，包括文字处理和电子表格软件。 

• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

• 熟练使用 Word,Excel 和 PowerPoint。 

• Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation 

• 具备较强的人际交往能力，能够分清优先级，并适应运营中不断变化的需求。 

• Requires basic computer skills for online training 

• 需要基本的计算机操作能力，用于在线培训。 

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language 

• 需要具备英语和中文的读、写、说能力。 

• Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively  

• 能够主动预判并优先处理客人的需求。 

• Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft 

• 精力充沛，对自己的工作/专业有职业化的态度。
