- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Bank Analyzer.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and reports.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Bank Analyzer modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Bank Analyzer implementations.
- Familiarity with integration processes between SAP Bank Analyzer and other financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Bank Analyzer.
- This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
