Field Marketing Manager – North America

This is the role and main tasks

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that support regional business priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth.

More specifically, you will:

• Plan and manage regional campaigns aligned with global strategies to generate awareness and leads
• Develop and optimize nurture programs using content, events, and digital channels
• Coordinate both virtual and in-person events with third-party vendors and partners
• Measure and report campaign performance, analyzing results to refine future efforts
• Collaborate with sales to execute effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs

(This role reports to the Senior Director, Field Marketing, NA & LATAM. Remote work is available, with occasional travel to conferences, tradeshows, and regional events.)

You’ll be joining a passionate team of over 45 marketing professionals across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. Together, the Field Marketing team drives Stibo Systems’ awareness and lead generation through tightly aligned, global and regional integrated campaigns.

Who we are looking for

We are searching for an energetic, adaptable marketer who combines creativity with analytical acumen. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic planning and hands-on execution while working closely with colleagues across continents.

Moreover, you:

• Bring 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the B2B software industry
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Have a proven record in planning and executing integrated, multi-touch marketing programs
• Are proficient in marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) and Salesforce
• Excel at turning insights into marketing actions and measuring what matters
