Now, we're looking for a Field Admin Associate. As a Field Admin Associate, you will be helping with our operations outside of Metro Manila.

1. Office Administration & BAU Operations

• Facility & Budget Management: Oversee daily office operations, equipment maintenance, supply procurement, and annual administrative budgets.
• Records & Systems: Establish organized physical/digital filing systems for company documentation, plans, and records.
• Talent Acquisition: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) for office staff and Biker partners.
• BAU & Inventory Control: Direct data entry, ID production, kit assembly, asset distribution, and routine stock audits.
  

2. Community Leadership & Field Engagement

• Community Management: Align local operations with company goals, support community leaders, and serve as the main liaison between management and field partners.
• Performance & Coaching: Monitor community KPIs (activity rates, cancellations, ratings) and deliver targeted coaching and recognition.
• Programs & Intelligence: Launch engagement and welfare initiatives, track program ROI, gather competitor intelligence, and enforce policy compliance.
  

3. Onboarding Lanes (Rotational)

• Compliance Lane: Verify applicant documents, track "To Follow Requirements" (TFR) statuses, and upload assessment forms.
• Field Lane: Conduct site visits, manage event setups, support offsite onboarding execution, and report competitor activities.
• Communications: Send event reminders, confirmation SMS, and reschedule notices to no-show applicants.
• Conversion & Gear Lane: Process DAX account creation/activations, credit top-ups, capture ID photos, and issue Biker kits with accurate inventory tracking.
  

Requirements

• Senior High School (SHS) diploma, High School diploma, College/Vocational Diploma, or any equivalent educational qualification.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel and work extensively across the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
• Willing and able to work 6 days a week (including weekends) based on operational field schedules.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable learning internal systems for data entry and uploads.
• Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to handle fluctuating workloads.
• Excellent communication skills and accountability in managing inventory and assets.
