Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
 

Purpose: Operate, maintain, and monitor all facility systems on a 24/7 basis, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance of data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor facility systems including electrical, mechanical, and fire safety
• Conduct routine inspections and equipment rounds
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks per schedule
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues
• Execute work orders and document maintenance activities
• Support emergency response procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of technical areas
• Assist with equipment commissioning and testing
• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity)
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance
• Participate in shift rotation (day/night/weekend)
• Record meter readings and system parameters
• Report anomalies and equipment failures promptly

Job Specification

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years in facility maintenance or building operations
• Experience in shift-based operations preferred
• Technical training in electrical or mechanical systems

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment
• Computer literacy for logging and documentation
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Physical fitness for equipment rounds and manual tasks
• Good observation and attention to detail
• Team player with positive attitude

Certifications (Preferred):

• Electrical/Mechanical trade certification
• Basic safety training

Language:

• Fluent in Thai; basic English helpful
