员工活动中心运营专员（Employee Activity Center Specialist）

岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）

• 负责员工活动中心各场馆的日常运营与管理，确保场馆设施设备安全、整洁、有序运行。
• 负责健身房、图书室及其他活动区域的管理，包括日常巡检、资源维护、环境管理及服务提升。
• 配合工厂及工会策划、组织并执行各类员工关怀及文化活动，包括但不限于运动赛事、健康促进活动、兴趣社团活动、节日活动等，提升员工体验和参与度。
• 配合业务部门做好员工班车日常运营管理，包括班车线路优化、供应商协调、问题跟进及员工反馈处理。
• 负责工厂办公空间管理，包括办公区域工位规划、协助开展固定资产管理工作，包括资产盘点、调拨及报废流程支持。
• 协助负责运营数据的统计、分析及报告编制，为业务决策提供支持。
• 与内外部供应商保持良好沟通，确保服务质量符合公司要求。
• 完成部门安排的其他行政及综合运营支持工作。

任职要求（Qualifications）

• 大专及以上学历，行政管理、体育管理、酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
• 性格开朗乐观，服务意识强，善于沟通协调，具备较强的责任心和执行力。
• 热爱运动及健康生活方式，具备组织活动、带动团队氛围的能力。
• 持有瑜伽教练资格证书，可独立开展瑜伽课程。
• 具备其他运动或健身特长者优先，如普拉提、有氧操、健身训练、舞蹈等，可承担员工兴趣课程教学。
• 具备一定的活动策划及组织经验，有员工活动中心、健身俱乐部、企业文化活动相关工作经验者优先。
• 具备基本英语读写能力，能够阅读和回复简单英文邮件及文件。
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Excel、PowerPoint、Word等），具备基础数据统计与分析能力。
• 工作积极主动，能够适应多任务并行的工作环境，具有良好的团队合作精神。

优先条件（Preferred Qualifications）

• 具备企业活动中心、健身房、文化中心或商业场馆运营经验；
• 具备团课授课经验或相关运动认证；
• 有供应商管理、行政运营或设施管理相关经验；
• 有大型企业员工活动策划及执行经验。
