Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Bad Honnef suchen wir dich als Industriemechaniker / Elektriker (m/w/d) im Bereich Aktivteilmontage. Am Standort werden große Leistungs-, Industrie- und Phasenschiebertransformatoren für die Energiewende gefertigt. Sie bringen Energie dorthin, wo sie gebraucht wird - in Ladesäulen für Elektrofahrzeuge, Städte, Krankenhäuser, Unternehmen und viele mehr.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du montierst die verschiedenen Komponenten des Aktivteils (Kern, Spulen, elektrische Anschlüsse, Schalter, Isolation) anhand von technischen Zeichnungen
• Du verlegst elektrische Leitungen und stellst elektrische Verbindungen her (Leitungsquerschnitte von 35 - 800 Quadrat)
• Du verspannst und presst den Aufbau und die Wicklungen gemäß technischer Vorgaben
• Du rüstest und bedienst unsere Produktionsanlagen, z.B. Hydraulische Pressen und Krimp-Geräte bis 700bar
• Du bedienst unsere Krananlagen (bis 400t), Stapler, Flurfahrzeuge und Arbeitsbühnen
• Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentierst diese anhand von Prüfdokumenten

Dein Profil

• Du hast Deine Facharbeiterausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder einem vergleichbaren Ausbildungsberuf erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• Du bist vertraut mit der Arbeit mit technischen Zeichnungen
• Du bist teamfähig, arbeitest präzise und hast ein hohes Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Du bist es gewohnt im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten bzw. bist hierzu bereit (3-Schicht)
• Eine Ausbildung zum Bedienen von Kränen, Staplern und Hubarbeitsbühnen ist von Vorteil
• Arbeiten in der Höhe ist für dich kein Problem
