工作职责：

• 根据部门服务流程和标准为客人提供或者协助其他工作人员为客人提供餐饮用品。
• 与同事和上级合作，确定绩效差距和学习需求。
• 根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户体验。
• 清洁并且整理分配的工作区域。 准时出席指定的培训课程。
• 认真学习并且遵守四季所有员工手册上的工作规范和标准。

工作要求：

• 可以全职实习六个月及以上时间。
• 热爱服务业，开朗热情，有良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
• 有良好的英语沟通水平。
