What is Expert Digital Products & Services Developer?

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Expert Digital Products & Services Developer who can lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise digital products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in software development, solution designing, system integration, project management, and technical supervision across digital transformation initiatives.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in architecting scalable digital solutions, managing end-to-end product delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative and customer-centric digital services. A strong software development background is highly preferred to ensure practical technical leadership and engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative, customer focused, collaborative, and capable of transforming business requirements into robust digital platforms and services. You will work closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, project managers, UX teams, and external clients while reporting directly to the Manager Digital Solutions.

What does a Expert Digital Products & Services Developer do?

• Deliver Digital Services projects and collaborate with other teams across Teknosys onDigital Transformation and new business initiatives 

• Work on external engagements for external clients as a standalone subject matter expert or lead a technical team to deliver projects.

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade digital products, applications, and services across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise platforms

• Lead solution designing activities including architecture planning, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and system modernization initiatives.

• Play the role of a Business Analyst, bridging business requirements and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions and deliverables.

• Develop scalable and secure software solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies

• Lead and collaborate with software development teams, technical resources, vendors, and implementation partners throughout project lifecycles.

• Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, estimation and delivery management.

• Work on enterprise integration projects involving APIs, middleware, microservices, third-party systems, BSS, IN, ESB, CRM, and cloud platforms

• Work with Product Management, Business Teams, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions

• Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation

• Ensure software quality, security, scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards and best practices

• Contribute to technical proposals, RFP responses, solution architecture documents, and project delivery strategies

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and technical challenges to ensure successful delivery outcomes

• Research and recommend emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and best practices that can enhance digital capabilities

• Support production systems, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure operational continuity of digital platforms and services

• Identify the improvement areas in digital services and propose design solutions to fill those gaps 

• Propose new technologies and methods that could benefit the Teknosys design function 

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Digital Products & Services Developer?

• 8 years of experience in Software Development, Digital Product Engineering, Solution Architecture.

• Strong hands-on software development experience using technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, React, Angular, Flutter, or similar frameworks

• Proven expertise in Solution Designing, System Architecture, Enterprise Integration, and Digital Platform Development

• Strong experience managing enterprise integration projects involving APIs, middleware, microservices, cloud services, and third-party platforms

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven systems, and microservices design patterns

• Experience with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, or other relational and NoSQL databases

• Strong project management and delivery management experience for medium to large-scale digital initiatives

• Experience collaborating with software development teams, technical resources, implementation partners, and vendors

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans

• Understanding of software security, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise application standards

• Experience delivering digital solutions across industries such as Telecom, Banking, Retail, Government, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
