About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated experienced Associate in the field of corporate law and M&A to join our leading and continuously growing Corporate/Μ&A team.

As a member of our Corporate/M&A team, you will:

• participate in a wide spectrum of pioneering Corporate/ M&A transactions involving large national and multinational corporate clients and private equity funds;
• work with international legal teams and gain valuable international market exposure;
• lead teams and be the point person with clients;
• be actively involved in the management and development of people in the firm.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• Greek lawyer qualification
• at least 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law;
• an LLM in fields related to Commercial, Corporate and M&A or Civil law, and/or modules relating to Private International law, such as cross-border M&A will be appreciated;
• advanced interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
• ability to lead, train and develop junior associates;
• continuous learning and development mindset;
• problem solving and analytical skills;
• positive attitude and team spirit;
• excellent English writing, and oral skills.
