【Project Manager】

・大規模リニューアル/構築/移行プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント

・お客様のビジネス課題の理解、関係者との合意形成、戦略策定支援

・プロジェクト計画（スコープ、体制、予算、スケジュール）の立案および統制

・進捗・課題・リスク管理、品質管理、チェンジコントロール

・社内外関係者（お客様、ベンダー、社内各チーム）との調整・推進

・チーム/メンバー管理（役割設計、育成、パフォーマンス最大化）

【PMO】

・デジタルマーケティングの運用プロジェクトのPMOとして、プロジェクト運営・ガバナンスを設計し、遂行を支援

・進捗・品質・コスト・契約ベースラインのモニタリング、レポーティング、改善提案

・お客様のハイレイヤーとの折衝、意思決定支援、コミュニケーション設計

・ 日々のマーケティング・制作・クリエイティブ業務の運用に深く入り込み、 業務工数・時間など管理を通じて安定運用と継続改善を推進

・特定した業務課題に基づき、社内の専門家とも連携してAIベースの改革実行プランを策定し、クライアントの業務環境における実行を主導するとともに、RPA/AI各種ツールを活用したプロセスの標準化・自動化・可視化を推進

・チーム/メンバー管理（タスク設計、リソース管理、育成）
