How you’ll make an impact

• スケジュール管理・調整業務(社内外ステークホルダーとの連絡・日程調整、社外役員秘書との連携調整)
• 国内外の出張手配、経費精算(海外航空チケット手配,経費精算サポート,海外からの出張者訪日時サポート)
• 各種会議の運営サポート(資料準備、議事録作成）
• 来客対応(来訪者入館申請,会食手配,会議用お弁当・飲み物手配,会議室手配,請求書処理・管理)
• お礼状・挨拶状・案内状作成、手土産の手配、慶弔関連の手配
• 名刺管理、顧客データベース管理
• 法務：捺印サポート(代表印), 贈答用年末　カレンダー・ダイアリー手配等

Your background

• You must have both high business level Japanese fluency and daily conversational level English fluency.
• Experiene as an executive assistant / secretary / admin role.
• Experience with Powerpoint tools, excel tools.
