The opportunity

• Support C-Suite executives, CXOs, Managing Directors, and senior leadership.

• Act as a trusted strategic partner, anticipating executive needs and proactively resolving issues.

• Manage executive offices and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Support sector strategy, cross-market initiatives, and global leadership activities.

• Work in a fast-paced, high-performance multinational/corporate environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones.

• Prioritize and coordinate leadership, board, client, and stakeholder meetings.

• Manage executive inboxes and confidential correspondence.

• Draft, review, and coordinate sensitive communications.

• Organize leadership offsites, town halls, board meetings, conferences, webinars, podcasts, training, and global visits.

• Coordinate venues, catering, technology, travel/logistics, and guest management.

• Liaise between senior leadership, global teams, clients, and cross-functional departments.

• Track deliverables and ensure timely execution across teams.

• Support virtual and remote working environments.

• Promote effective use of digital collaboration tools and cybersecurity best practices.

What we want from you

• 7–8+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, CXOs, Managing Directors, or senior leadership.

• Experience in multinational, corporate, consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments.

• MBA in HR & Marketing or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.

• Excellent organizational, calendar, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Strong stakeholder, client relationship, written, and verbal communication skills.

• High level of professional maturity, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and proactive execution skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

• Global coordination skills with strong cultural awareness.

• Ability to anticipate requirements and operate as a strategic enabler for leadership.
