The Program

Esquel Internship Program welcomes young talents from diverse backgrounds to gain hands-on experience working in our vertically integrated supply chain. Participants will have ample opportunities to identify and unleash their potential through business exploration while adding value to the assigned projects. 

Internship Period:

• All-year Round Part-time Internship
• Summer Full-time Internship (June - August 2027)

Program Highlight

• Project Management: The interns will be assigned with projects related to business transformation / business process improvement / business operations.

• Peer Sharing and Coaching: The interns will be provided additional business exposure and learning opportunities through coaching by experienced professionals. 

• Career Advice: Performance assessment and feedback will be given to the interns to accelerate their project deliverables and professional development.

Requirements

The Candidates

• Undergraduates from any discipline target to complete the undergraduate program in 2027
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is desirable 
• Interested in garment manufacturing, retail or technology related industry 
• Good presentation and analytical skills 
• Ethical, passionate and committed 
• Learning agility with positive attitude 
• A team player, creative, flexible and open-minded 
• Ability to work independently with critical thinking 
• Students from Belt and Road countries are welcome to apply
