The SAP ERP Solution Consultant is a part of SAP experts supporting Roche Clinical Supply operations (PTDS). You will lead independently complex SAP solution delivery (ECC and S4) in the area of Production Planning and Process (PP-PI), proactively solve product issues, and contribute to architecture. In this role, you will drive SAP solutions, champion accountability, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders. You will solve complex problems, make independent product-level decisions, provide technical oversight, and report to the Team Lead of ERP Clinical Supplies and Advanced Therapies

Job Responsibilities

• Scope / (Content Leadership): Works independently to deliver ERP solutions in the area of PP-PI and proactively identifies and addresses challenges. Seeks senior colleague support for complex product scenarios while ensuring adherence to processes for timely and high-quality results. Contributes to specific chapter-related outcomes, fosters effective teamwork, and actively solicits ideas from others within the project team.
• Accountability/Problem Solving: Deals with uncertainty and makes decisions at the product level with guidance from a more senior member. Provides solutions to a broad range of difficult problems.
• Stakeholder Management: Primarily interacts within product teams, squads, and across the Product Line as applicable. Interacts directly with stakeholders on small to medium engagements. Communicates information, issues, and potential solutions within product teams and clearly communicates the impact of their own work in the context of business needs.
• Impact/Strategy: Makes an impact that is typically limited to a specific workgroup or project.
• Complexity / (Product Size): Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and report status at the product level.
• Business / Technical ability: Applies a basic understanding of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis. Demonstrates good knowledge of ERP IT Business Analysis and Consultancy concepts and practices.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Experience in regulated pharma environments, including CSV and data privacy concepts, change management, documentation and testing.
• Demonstrated 5+ years experience working and leading independently to deliver complex solution designs and products within the SAP ERP area - SAP PP-PI.
• Strong background in interfaces, integration through idocs and APIs.
• Proficiency in Logistics Execution (LE) and Sales & Distribution (SD) is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving the successful completion of major implementations or changes in SAP ECC/S4 area, frequently functioning in a leadership or tech lead role.
• Strong preference for candidates with SAP life cycle solutions experience (e.g. ICSM, CGT/TMP).
• Ability to organize your work, proactively seek knowledge and work independently.

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of ERP IT Business Analysis / Consultancy concepts and practices in the area of PP-PI.
• Strong knowledge of external integrations with with ECC and S/4
• Good knowledge of LE/SD/WM is an advantage.
• Basic understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
• Basic to intermediate level of pharmaceutical process knowledge.

• Strong collaborative mindset with a track record of actively soliciting ideas from project team members.
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of interacting on small to medium engagements and articulating the business impact of their work.
