As a Senior Manager in our Perth Audit team, you’ll lead complex external audit engagements, drive strategic client relationships, and shape our delivery of high-quality audit services. What you’ll do: 

• Assist in planning and performing external audits of financial statements in accordance with regulatory and professional standards 
• Conduct substantive testing and detailed audit procedures to identify financial statement risks and ensure accuracy and compliance 
• Help assess internal controls and risk management processes to support audit conclusions 
• Prepare clear and concise audit documentation and reports for clients and senior team members 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within audit engagements to enhance efficiency and quality 
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex accounting and audit issues 

What we’re looking for: 

Core skills

• Audit Expertise: 6-8 years of experience in external audit, ideally with some exposure to Energy, Utilities & Resources or similar industry sectors, and progress towards or completion of a recognised CA qualification 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial information, identify risks, and apply professional judgement to audit processes 
• Teamwork and Development: Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to learn from and support senior colleagues 
• Communication Skills: Ability to prepare audit findings clearly and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders 
• Industry Awareness and Regulatory Understanding: Foundational knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to ongoing learning
