Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the creation and design of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of various components and resources to deliver comprehensive and cohesive solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions developed not only meet but exceed expectations, driving significant value and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the alignment of solution architecture with business goals and client requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrated enterprise solutions.
- Experience in managing complex multi-service transformational projects.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical approaches.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
